So, I bought my iPhone on Friday evening without any real hassle or any ridiculous lines. I had scoped out a small AT&T shop on my drive from home from work a few days prior to the iPhone release. This particular store was located in a small shopping center in Pottstown, PA. Hence, when I arrived to this store at 5:15 PM on Friday, there were only about 10 die hard Apple Fanboys ahead of me in line, and I had nothing to worry about. At approximately 6:32 PM, I was paying for my brand spankin new iPhone.
I had already installed iTunes 7.3 on my PC at home the night before, so when I got home, I opened up my new iPhone and began the setup process. To my amazement, the initial setup and signing up for a new AT&T account went flawlessly and took less than 5 minutes!
All in all, I absolutely love my iPhone so far. Granted I’ve only had a few days to play with it, so far so good. I need some recommendations for a case for my iPhone and also some suggestions on how to protect the screen. A detailed review of the iPhone by me will come towards the end of this week, when I’ve had some time to play with this thing.
